At Joint Initiative Physiotherapy, we offer transparent pricing and flexible appointment options to support your recovery.

Booking & Payment Policy

Booking Appointments

  • All in-clinic appointments are booked through our secure online booking system.

  • Virtual sessions and home visits are available on request and can be arranged by contacting us directly. Availability, duration, and pricing will be discussed at the time of booking.

  • We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time.

Payment

Full payment required at Booking

  • In order to secure your appointment, the full fee is required when booking any appointment.

  • Payments upfront are refundable if your appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.

  • Full payments upfront are forfeited if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your session.

Remaining Balance & Add-Ons

  • Any add-on treatments (such as acupuncture, dry needling, or taping) decided on the day will be added to this final payment.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • All online payments are completed via credit or debit card using our secure Stripe system.

  • We accept payments for upcoming appointments in person via tap to pay.

Appointment Confirmation, Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • A confirmation email is sent automatically once an appointment is booked.

  • Your confirmation email includes direct links to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Alternatively, you can contact us directly.

  • Please retain this email for easy access to your booking management.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made lass than 24 hours of the appointment time, or non-attendance, will result in the full payment being forfeited.

Preparing for Your Appointment

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows your physiotherapist to assess and treat the affected area.

  • If you have a lower limb or walking/running-related injury, please bring suitable footwear such as walking or sports shoes.

  • Bring any relevant medical notes or scan results (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound) if available.

  • Please arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary forms.
